I led the redesign of Mentimeter’s self-serve purchasing experience to cater to their growing pool of B2B customers. We worked with Product-Led Sales (PLS) strategies and explored the possibility of applying machine learning to predict users’ purchasing behavior.
The goal was to be able to trigger personalized checkout flows, based on user data and behavior patterns, to optimize for conversion.

I worked on designing the processes and interfaces that cooks interacted with in our kitchens. Making sure orders are received, cooked and handed over to delivery riders in under 10 minutes.

The team where I was working at previously (Soundtrap) was acquired by Spotify at the end of 2017. I continued working on the Soundtrap product, collaborating with teams within Spotify to explore possible integrations between the worlds of audio production and publishing.

I joined Soundtrap early in their journey, as their 2nd design hire, to help the team build a browser-based audio production tool that enabled musicians to produce high-quality music without needing to learn the complexities of a traditional audio production software.
